Our Story
Cuffs & Buttons is a beverage consulting company founded by industry leaders Chad Solomon and Christy Pope, whose careers have been shaped at the highest levels of the modern cocktail movement. Mentored by legends Sasha Petraske (Milk & Honey) and Audrey Saunders (Pegu Club)—and later their business partners—Chad and Christy bring a pedigree few in the industry can match. Their consultancy is built on a rare combination of deep technical expertise, award-winning bar creation, and proven success in brand innovation.
For nearly two decades, Cuffs & Buttons has helped global spirits companies, luxury hotels, and independent operators transform their beverage programs and brand strategies into market leaders. Their portfolio spans concept development, bar operations and training, brand positioning, product innovation, and culturalization, executed with the precision and creativity that has made them trusted partners for clients including Coca-Cola, LVMH, Diageo, Pernod Ricard, Laird & Company, Fever-Tree.
